Modalities that may be used include: Swedish-Gentle form uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to relax and energize you.
Deep-applies firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles)
Trigger point therapy
Use of heat or cold
Or, the application of cups.

Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage is performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle hands-on technique using a light touch to examine and focus on the inward and outward movements or flow of the body's internal fluids. This flow was termed the "Breath of Life" by osteopathic physician William Sutherland. Sutherland believed that the body possesses an inherent ability to heal itself. BCST honors and allows the clients system to take lead with how the treatment unfolds.
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed massage tables, cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Timing of sessions are elongated to allow you more time to settle before your session begins as well as more time to transition back, at the end of your session, to better help you reap the benefits. Your massage or bodywork time will remain the same but time will be added to each session to accommodate a more in depth intake conversation as well as allowing time for you to just "be" and truly enjoy your experience before and after vs. getting up, dressing and running out the door within minutes of it ending.
