I wish I could give MORE stars! I find myself to be quite familiar with massages and the process etc. However, the experience with Samantha has me questioning if I have been getting massages FOR REAL...(you know like assuming you know 'Mexican' food by goin to Taco Bell then you try AUTHENTIC Mexican food. And you're blown away.)

There was a bit of apprehension at first-as expected going to someone different. But there was something different with this massage. As she began my body started to relax and my mind started to drift. EVERYTHING felt intentional- her hand placement, the decor, the aroma, the oil--shoot, even HER BREATHING. From beginning to end... and BEYOND the experience with Samantha exceeded expectations.

This was my first massage with Sam and it was the best massage I've ever had. She is intentional in listening to your body, she does not rush, she is gentle in spirit, and she ensures you are comfortable at every stage of the massage. It was an incredible experience!

My husband and I were getting massages from Samantha since her beginning days. I won't say how long for both our sakes. lol Seriously Samantha did wonders for my husband, who has severe osteoarthritis in his shoulders.  He was diagnosed and given no options for relief. Too young for replacement. Samantha was his relief. After an hour of massage his pain level was cut in half and his range of motion was increased substantially. The more Samantha perfected her craft and talent the better relief he got. Samantha may not have been a cure, but she improved his quality of life. I also got amazing relaxation and stress relief from my massages. My only complaint is she moved away from us. our loss is your gain though.

I highly recommend getting a massage at Pause Massage & Bodywork. I have been with her for over ten years. I have a lot of back issues and her massages have been the best thing ever. I wish I could go everyday. It's also the best hour and a half sleep. She makes you feel so comfortable and relax. The best part is she really gets to know your body and when I would a have knots, she would apply just enough pressure to help relieve my lower back pain. Thank you so much. Five stars isn't enough to express how great you have been.

I was a massage client of Sam's for many years. I started off every few months, but I enjoyed her massages so much that I scheduled them monthly. I was so disappointed when she relocated out of state. I highly recommend her. She is personable and knowledgeable. She always explained to me how different anatomy was connected to cause different issues. I sure do miss her!

I always looked forward to my massages with Sam. She was always good at finding my sore spots and really taking care of anything that needed extra attention. Whether she was working on certain areas, or giving me a whole body massage, I always walked out afterwards feeling a million times better...not to mention SO relaxed!! Sam is one of the best!!
